Through the BT Ultra app, you can connect your store with the Internet Banking solution for companies developed by Banca Transilvania, which you can use to automatically initiate refunds to customers.
After installing the app, you need to configure certain workflows (e.g., based on order statuses, payment statuses, tags on orders, etc.), which will trigger the automatic initiation of refunds. To set up these workflows, please contact us.
Once the configured trigger is activated, the refund will be automatically transferred to the bank account saved in the customer's profile.
